Most recently Christine Haebler produced “Daydream Nation,” directed by Mike Goldbach, starring Kat Dennings, Josh Lucas and Andie MacDowell which premiered at TIFF 2010.

In 2009 she co-produced Sandra Nettelbeck’s “Helen,” starring Ashley Judd, Goran Visnjic and Lauren Lee Smith, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. In 2007 she co-produced Peter Greenaway’s “Nightwatching”, starring Martin Freeman which premiered at the Venice Film Festival and TIFF in 2008.

Haebler served as Executive Producer on ten-part television mini series “Terminal City” (2006), starring Gil Bellows and Maria Del Mar for the Film Four (UK) and Movie Central. Haebler spent the first eleven years of her professional life in various production positions working on US studio films such as “The Navigator,” “Immediate Family”, “Jennifer 8”, “Intersection” and “Little Women”. She then moved into producing Canadian films and earned a Best Motion Picture Genie nomination for her first producing venture, “Hard Core Logo,” starring Callum Keith Rennie and Hugh Dillon.

Haebler’s next outing was Gary Burns’s “Kitchen Party”, starring Scott Speedman and Laura Harris, followed by “Tail Lights Fade”, starring Denis Richards, Breckin Meyer and Jake Busey, Reg Harkema’s “A Girl Is A Girl”, and “Moving Malcolm,” starring Ben Ratner and Elizabeth Berkley.

Haebler is currently developing a diverse slate of projects including adaptations of the British novels “The Lepers Bell” by Paul Micou and John Bergers’ “To The Wedding”; a family drama based on an award winning play “Northern Lights,” starring Ashley Judd; and an international co-production shooting in Berlin, Paris, South Africa and China based on the best selling novel “Hector and the Pursuit of Happiness”.
